By accessing or using MishoraStudio (www.mishorastudio.com) — the website, its apps, and its freelance services — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at mishorastudio@gmail.com. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us — see our Privacy Policy for what's retained after deletion and why.

Purchasing a product from MishoraStudio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product, subject to the platform terms of the App Store, Google Play, or direct download as applicable. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer purchased products.

Bundles: purchasing a bundle grants the same license to each individual product included in it, as if purchased separately.

License keys: some products require activation with a license key issued at purchase. Your key is personal to your order — do not share it. We may revoke a key we reasonably believe has been shared or is being used fraudulently.

Discount codes: promotional codes are subject to any usage limits, expiry dates, and minimum-order conditions shown at checkout, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before use.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are listed in INR. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

Download links are time-limited and capped in number of uses to prevent abuse. If your download link expires, regenerate it from your account dashboard. Do not share download links or license keys — they are personal to your account and order.

Reviews must reflect genuine experience with a purchased product. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that is abusive, spam, or unrelated to the product, and we may choose to feature selected reviews on a product's page. By submitting a review or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on this site and in related marketing materials, with attribution as you provided it.

Submitting a freelance inquiry does not create a contractual obligation on either side. Project scope, pricing, timelines, and payment terms for freelance work are agreed separately in writing before work begins, and those written terms govern that engagement — not this page.

You agree not to misuse this site or our products — including attempting to bypass download or license limits, submitting fraudulent payment or contact information, abusing discount codes outside their stated terms, scraping or automating access to the site without permission, or interfering with the service's normal operation or security.

All content on this site — including app names, logos, screenshots, written content, and site design — is owned by MishoraStudio or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that content to you; purchasing a product grants a license to use it (Section 3), not ownership of it.

Products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond what is stated in our Refund Policy. We do not warrant that any product will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, MishoraStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
